‘The Cottage’ or ‘Y-Bwthyn’ in Welsh, has been in The Lindeman Family for 60 Years.

 

Deep, deep, deep in the beautiful Welsh Countryside, our little cottage is the kind of place you picture in fairy stories. Y-Bwthyn is the centre of a big beautiful lawn garden, completely surrounded by streams, approx 10 miles from Carmarthen in South West Wales. It is idyllic!! 

 

With 3 bedrooms - 2 Doubles, 1 Twin - it can sleep 6 easily. There is also a sofa bed and ‘put you up’ to sleep more if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, The living room is cosy with a wood burning fire and a Freesat TV. The Cottage has Wifi and a landline but no mobile phone signal in the house - ideal for a quiet escape!!!

 

It's our family’s pride and joy. Four generations have spent many happy holidays here, over many years and still continue to do so. 

 

Recently we have decided to extend the invitation out to close family and friends. We want people we know and trust to be able to have wonderful holidays there just as we do.

 

Y- Bwthyn is not a luxury ‘designery type’ cottage! BUT it is rustic, peaceful and charming!! Y-Bwythn is situated in the Brechfa Valleys and it really is in the middle of nowhere. It is the perfect quiet escape holiday!!

 

Homely and clean. Old and cosy. It is, ‘Take it as you find it’ and 'One of a kind'!!!

 

Fantastic for children or grown ups who want to get away. Great walking and cycling right from the front door with marvellous local pubs too.
